Pelabuhan Indonesia Regional 3 Sub Regional Bali Nusa Tenggara Pelabuhan Bima bertempat di aula Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Bima.<br>Kegiatan tersebut juga dihadiri oleh <em>General Manager<\/em> PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia Regional 3 Sub Regional Bali Nusa Tenggara Pelabuhan Bima, Staf Pelindo Bima, Jaksa Pengacara Negara, dan Staf Bidang Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara pada Kejaksaan Negeri Bima.<br>Adapun ruang lingkup bidang hukum Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara dalam Nota Kesepahaman tersebut meliputi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bantuan Hukum yaitu pemberian jasa hukum di Bidang Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara oleh Jaksa Pengacara Negara (JPN) untuk mewakili PIHAK PERTAMA berdasarkan Surat Kuasa Khusus, baik sebagai sebagai Penggugat maupun Tergugat yang dilakukan secara litigasi maupun non litigasi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pertimbangan Hukum, yaitu jasa hukum yang diberikan oleh Jaksa Pengacara Negara (JPN) untuk memberikan Pendapat Hukum (<em>legal opinion<\/em>) dan\/atau pendampingan (<em>legal asisstance<\/em>) di bidang perdata dan tata usaha negara atas dasar permintaan dari PIHAK PERTAMA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tindakan Hukum Lain, yaitu pemberian jasa hukum oleh Jaksa Pengacara Negara (JPN) untuk bertindak sebagai mediator atau fasilitator dalam hal terjadi sengketa atau perselisihan antara PIHAK PERTAMA dengan Lembaga Negara, Instansi Pemerintah di Pusat\/Daerah, atau BUMN\/BUMD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rabu, 12 Maret 2025Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Bima Dr. Ahmad Hajar Zunaidi, S.H., M.H menandatangani Perjanjian Kerjasama (Memorandum of Understanding) antara Kejaksaan Negeri Bima dengan PT.
